Do I need to keep a scooter on site?
No. We deliver to the guest's accommodation and collect afterwards, so you never have to store, clean or maintain anything. If you'd rather have a scooter standing at your place during the busy season, talk to us — we can look at it.
How and when do I get paid?
Commission is tracked automatically on every booking made through your link, and you can see it in your partner login. We settle up as bookings complete — we'll agree the rate and the payout rhythm with you when you join.
What if a guest damages a scooter?
The rental agreement is between us and the rider, not you. We handle the agreement, the deposit and any damage — you simply pass the booking on.
Can I add the booking link to my own website?
Yes, and that's the best way to use it. Put it on your site, in your welcome pack, on a QR code at reception or in your WhatsApp replies. Every booking through that link is credited to you.
